Microsoft Global Skilling Initiative
In 2020 Microsoft launched the Microsoft Global Skilling Initiative as a response to the increasing demand for digital skills in order to fill the needs of newly created jobs and working conditions caused by rapid global changes.
The Microsoft Global Skilling Initiative online platforms provide users with free online content to boost their digital skills, as well as the tools necessary to be competitive in a dynamic job market. In addition to free content, Microsoft offers opportunities for users to acquire industry recognized certifications. Since its launch, Microsoft Global Skilling initiative partnered with numerous prominent companies, as well as educational institutions, RIT Croatia included.
By using Microsoft Global Skilling Initiative platforms, RIT Croatia’s students, alumni, faculty and staff are able to hone their digital skills and implement them in their learning processes.
