21st Career Education Day becomes a 4-day online conference for students and employers!
More than 20 years ago, we were the first to organize a networking event for our students: Career Education Day (CED). This is a professional business event which puts our students in direct contact with potential employers - some of the most renowned companies from Croatia and the region.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year we organize our 1st virtual Career Education Day, or better to say "Days” as it will take place from March 16 – 19 in a virtual format via zoom platform. 28 RIT Croatia alumni will take part in the event and 30 student volunteers will help support this virtual event.
Overarching topic of this year’s CED is "Transforming skills for a digital future”, and the virtual Career Education Day(s) 2021 will be organized as follows:
- Tuesday, March 16, 2021: Career Education Day for all Web & Mobile Computing students. Program agenda is available HERE
- Wednesday, March 17, 2021: Career Education Day for Hospitality Tourism Management and International Business students. Program agenda is available HERE
- Thursday, March 18, 2021: Networking hours - companies connecting to 1:1 chats with students on a pre-determined schedule
- Friday, March 19, 2021: Interview day (co-ops, employment opportunities)
More than 100 companies from all over the world join this event!
This year 120 companies will be joining us from Croatia, Montenegro, USA, Greece, Germany, Hungary, UK, Italy, Spain, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovakia, Denmark, Poland. The list of CEd partners can be found HERE.
