Andrea Mitrović won first prize at the MakeLearn 2021 scientific
conference

We
are thrilled to announce that our faculty member, Mr. Domagoj
Nikolić, and our just graduated student, Andrea Mitrović, presented
a paper on the topic "How
guest delight affected hotel rates before and during COVID-19 pandemic” at the MakeLearn 2021 scientific conference, and they won the 1st prize!
The
paper was rated very highly by the double blind international review and
will be published in theInternational Journal of Management, Knowledge and Learning.
The presentation was also received very well both in content and style, and had
a number of very favorable comments and questions thereafter.

the same conference, Professor Nikolić also participated as one of the
participants in the panel "How can
we shape higher education institutions to respond to future trends in the
post-pandemic world?" and was asked to moderate one of the
presentation sessions.
