In the week of October 8-12 we had three faculties from the Saunders College of Business from Rochester visiting our Zagreb campus: Michael Palanski, Joy Olabisi and Molly McGowan. During their stay, they met with our Dean Hudspeth and Associate Dean Guszak Cerovečki and the majority of our International Business faculty. They had meetings with our Academic Advisers and members of our Recruitment team, visited classes, had a meeting with our students, and joined us for the Dean's List Dinner in Zagreb. Overall, the impressions were really positive; the visiting faculty were very impressed with the level of enthusiasm and engagement from faculty, staff and students, and commented on the obvious strong bonds we share here. Also, they said they could feel the RIT spirit being present throughout all the activities, which, at times, made them feel as if they were in Rochester J. Senior capstone project is the crown of education at RIT Croatia for graduating students of the Hospitality and Tourism Management program. Senior year students choose topics based on their own interests, which gives them the opportunity to tackle anything they find interesting and worth exploring. Creating a successful senior capstone project is a complex process which requires a lot of maturing along the way, a lot of problem solving, researching and, above all, a good and firm connection with the faculty member mentoring the whole process.
