As a part of his Lodging Operations Management course, prof. Mario Matković took another generation of the IHSM junior year students for a site inspection of the Norwegian Star cruise ship while anchored in Dubrovnik Port. The purpose of this visit is to take a look behind the scene and to learn about operation in real life. Students were welcomed with great hospitality from everyone on board and they are thankful for this learning opportunity.
