Dr. Jasminka Samardžija, presented a research paper on the topic of "Propulsive Leadership Characteristics for Upgrading New Generation of Leaders in Transition Societies” at the 10th Annual EuroMed Academy of Business Conference (EMAB). The underlying theme of the conference was Global and national business theories and practice: bridging the past with the future, and the conference took place in Rome, Italy, from September 13-15, 2017. Behinds presenting the paper, Dr. Samardžija served as discussant in Session 2 - Track 21: Human Resource Management: Validation of Scales in HR.
