Sigma Delta honor society members will host their first guest speaker event at
DURA premises in Dubrovnik. The topic of this event will be "Start Your Own
Business”. The guest speaker is Marijana Puljas, Associate from DURA, who will
talk to our students about different types of firms that are possible to open
in Croatia, what is needed to start a business, whom to contact and how can
DURA help in all of that. Students who sign up for this event will also have
the opportunity to visit DURA’s incubators. The guest speaker will deliver the
speech in Croatian language. Seating is limited to 40 people and RIT Croatia
students can sign up at the reception desk of Dubrovnik campus.

In addition to RIT Croatia Freshmen Orientation that took place last week, School of Information from RIT's Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences held an online Global Orientation for its Web and Mobile Computing students in Dubrovnik and Zagreb, Croatia, and Dubai, UAE on Monday, August 31.
