We are happy to officially announce Student Government elections for the following positions:

Zagreb campus
-    3 freshmen representatives & 2 sophomore representatives
Dubrovnik campus
-    1 sophomore representative & 1 junior representative

Applications will be accepted up until the end of the day on May 3rd, 2013. Additional election details and rules will be sent to you early next week.

As I just mentioned, more information will be shared next week, but there are some changes in the structure of the RIT/ACMT Student Council that I would like to share with you now. First, the English name has been changed from " RIT/ACMT Student Council" to "RIT/ACMT Student Government" to fall in line with Rochester campus student government. Also, next academic year we will have two Student Government Executive Committees, one for each campus. And finally, the new Student Government Statute, containing all information regarding the structure and work of the student government, will soon be posted on our website.

We encourage you all to consider participating in the Student Government elections as this is a great opportunity to demonstrate and further develop your leadership and organizational skills, and truly make a positive contribution to student life at RIT/ACMT.

If you would like any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact our SG advisors Marija Šušak in Zagreb and Jelena Zvono in Dubrovnik.
