Learn about main tools and techniques that are currently being used for maximizing revenue opportunities, increasing customer satisfaction and driving customer retention and loyalty. Customer Relationship Management is a course offered in Master of Science Program Service Leadership and Innovation delivered at RIT's American College of Management and Technology.

Dr. Tracy Weber earned her Master of Science degree in Service Management from Rochester institute of Technology, Rochester, NY and her Ph. D. in Leadership from Andrews University, Berrien Springs, MI. Dr. Weber has more then twenty years of professional experience working as Project, Interim, Marketing and Executive Director in different Associations and  Councils. She is an originator and owner of Kaleidoscope Learning Circle, a company that facilitates learner-centered courses and training programs. Dr. Weber holds a position of Executive Leader Master's Adjunct at Rochester institute of Technology.
