What is the catch?

You are 4th or 5th year undergraduate student? Your GPA is not under 3.5? You are not missing competitive spirit? Sign up until April 30th and participate in the development of projects in the field of customer satisfaction.

Intesa Sanpaolo Card has launched 2nd round of Customer Satisfaction University Award. The annual student contest is developed by the Intesa Sanpaolo Group to offer students an opportunity to create a real customer satisfaction project, in a real working environment, that can provide an excellent international experience in the field. One of the main objectives of the project is to open a "corridor" between local Universities and Intesa Sanpaolo Group members in order to generate improvements and new actions plans for the development of CS needs, to increase the working potential of this Unit, root out talented minds, that could potentially be new employees, making available a unique international experience in Customer Satisfaction within an academic environment. This student competition is implemented as a result of a close cooperation between your University and Intesa Sanpaolo Card.

12 chosen students will go through workshops after the selection of applications. Every team will be developing project plan with the assigned mentor on one of the topics in categories of innovation and implementation.
