RIT’s American College of Management and Technology held its 13th commencement ceremony. More than a hundred graduates received their Bachelor of Science degrees in the field of Service Management. As always, the commencement ceremony is the crown of studying and all the efforts students have to invest in their education so high energy level of the whole event and strong emotions were bursting from the class of 2011, their parents, friends and professors.
The graduates, who have witnessed the process of strengthening bonds between RIT and ACMT during the last four years, were glad to see a strong RIT presence in the platform party which consisted of, among others, RIT’s President William Destler, Dr. Jeremy Haefner, Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. James Watters, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, Dr. H. Fred Walker, Dean of the College of Applied Science and Technology and Ms. Barbra Cerio Iocco, Program Director, Nutrition Management at CAST.
Guests from the local government stated that ACMT is an important and valuable factor in the local community and a strong engine of higher education development in Croatia.
