Photographs that will be exhibited are results of a visual sociology project conducted in Urban Experience 20101. The opening starts at 9 pm this evening (December 2) in the Art WorkShop Lazareti.
Madeleine is a small cookie made famous by Proust as a trigger of memories that seemed lost.  The title of this exhibit thus provides an insight in the purpose behind each photograph - the photographs should, just like Proust's cookie, set the observer on the path of remembrance.
The photos exhibited are not a result of individual reflection - but products of a search for those things that we, as a society, forgot –places, behavior patterns and objects that faded in our collective memory.
