Meetings & Events
Tele or video-conferencing are the recommended mode for all meetings. If an in-person meeting is required, it must comply with the physical distancing requirements of this Safety Plan. Physical distancing markers, directional indicators, and maximum occupancy must be observed at all times. In-person meetings and events must not exceed the maximum occupancy limits for the applicable space, and in no case exceed fifty (50) people.
All events are required to have an event plan that includes the following: (1) Identification of how the physical distancing requirements of this Safety Plan will be met; (2) Identification of how the hygiene and cleaning requirements of this Safety Plan will be met; and (3) Proper notification to the appropriate department head, whose responsibilities will include compliance with all aspects of this Safety Plan.
