The four-year Information Technology/Web and Mobile Computing program offered at RIT Croatia, in Dubrovnik and Zagreb, prepares students for prospective careers in the areas of ubiquitous application development with a user-centric approach to application creation.

Program Overview

The curriculum is comprehensive. During your studies, you develop skills in computing, software development, and learn how to integrate the back-end code with the front-end UI across several languages and platforms. Upon completion of your sophomore year, you will be offered two different program areas:

Co-Op Orientation and Internship Placements

Students in the program will complete 800 hours of co-op or internship placements. This experience will prepare students for a real world professional environment. A wide variety of class assignments and laboratory exercises provide students with the practical knowledge of working in MS Windows, Linux and Mac OS X environments.

Leader in the Education of Information Technology/Web and Mobile Computing Professionals

The curriculum and program standards are fully aligned with the Web and Mobile Computing program at RIT, which was the first university in the U.S. to create and establish a program in Web and Mobile Computing. RIT has remained the leader in the education of Web and Mobile Computing experts, offering innovative programs and continually setting new trends in the industry. RIT alumni have found permanent positions in companies such as Apple and Microsoft.

The Information Technology/Web and Mobile Computing program is fully accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education in the U.S.
