Disney Cruise Line representatives presented job
opportunities to RIT Croatia students

RIT Croatia Dubrovnik campus recently had the honor of
hosting senior representatives from the Disney Cruise Line (DCL) on April 5th,
2023. Ms. Melissa Greco Dailey, the Senior Manager of DCL Recruitment, and Ms.
Kim Naude, the Senior Recruiter, visited the campus to meet with students and
discuss exciting career opportunities within the company.
The visit was an excellent opportunity for students to learn
about the numerous roles available in the cruise industry and gain insights
into the hiring process at DCL. The representatives provided valuable
information about the company's culture, values, and opportunities for
professional growth.
During their visit, Ms. Dailey and Ms. Naude also gave a
presentation on the various departments of DCL, including entertainment and port adventures,
hotel operations and marine and technical operations. They discussed the importance of
teamwork, guest satisfaction, and safety in the cruise industry and how DCL takes
great care to ensure that all guests have an unforgettable experience on board. The representatives also highlighted the company's
commitment to diversity and inclusion, stressing that DCL values a workforce
